Nick Samuels is a direct hire recruiter with 15+ years of expertise leading full-cycle nonprofit executive search. In 2024 he founded Greater Good Recruitment — operating under Greater Good Consulting Services LLC — to bring contingency-based executive search to nonprofits across the country. He also currently serves as Managing Director at The Philanthropic Staffing Group (TPSG), leading their direct hire executive search practice.

Previously, Nick was a leading direct hire recruiter at PNP Staffing Group (formerly Professionals for Non-Profits), one of NYC's most respected nonprofit staffing firms. Over his career he has collaborated directly with Executive Directors, senior staff, and board members at some of the country's most well-known nonprofit organizations.
